AC Wise exists to help Australians make more informed decisions about air conditioning and connect with installation professionals suited to their needs. We know air conditioning can be a significant investment. Our role is to make the process clearer by providing practical information, helping customers understand their options and connecting them with professionals who have completed the AC Wise partner verification process.
What customers can expect

When a customer requests a quote
We use the information provided to understand the enquiry and identify suitable installation professionals.
Relevant enquiry and contact information may then be shared with selected AC Wise installation partners so they can contact the customer about the project.
Submitting an enquiry does not require the customer to accept a quotation or proceed.
Agreement with the installer
AC Wise facilitates enquiries and connections.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the installation business selected by the customer is responsible for assessing the property, providing recommendations and quotations and performing the work.
When a customer accepts an installation business's quotation, the agreement for that work is between the customer and that business.
If something doesn't go to plan
Customers should ordinarily give the installation business an opportunity to understand and resolve a concern.
Customers may also contact AC Wise.
AC Wise may review concerns, request information from the partner or review continued participation in the AC Wise network.
AC Wise does not replace a regulator, licensing authority, consumer protection body, tribunal or court.
Nothing on this page should imply restriction of rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Commercial relationships
AC Wise may work commercially with manufacturers, service providers and other industry organisations.
We aim to clearly identify sponsored or commercial relationships where relevant.
A commercial relationship does not mean a particular product or service is suitable for every homeowner.
