What we check
Business identity
We check information used to identify the business operating within the AC Wise network.
Trade and contractor licensing
We check relevant licensing or registration requirements applicable to the services the partner represents through AC Wise.
Refrigerant credentials
Where applicable, we check relevant refrigerant handling credentials.
Public liability insurance
Installation partners are required to maintain appropriate public liability insurance.
Workers compensation
We check workers compensation arrangements where applicable to the business and its structure.
Expiry information
Where licences, registrations or insurance documents have expiry dates, AC Wise records relevant expiry information so credentials can be reviewed and updated.
What our partners commit to
AC Wise partners are required to conduct their businesses and services in accordance with obligations applicable to their work, including:

- Australian Consumer Law

- applicable licensing and regulatory obligations
- applicable technical requirements
